Self-levelling concrete resin coating, between 5 and 30 mm of thickness, extra-fast hardening quality with which it is possible to obtain flooring with high mechanical and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for all environments where a resistant, flat and joint-free flooring is needed. It is the best solution for areas of high handling activity, and it is therefore ideal for vertical warehouses with three-sided fork lifts or where the handling is done by AGV. Apart from being a completed industrial flooring, its characteristics make this system an excellent support for varnishes, resins, artistic or rubber flooring. Such coating can be applied to industrial flooring made of concrete, traditional screed coat or screed coat modified with polymer, controlled shrinkage screed, old cultured marble and ceramic flooring.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:

1. Base preparation with sandblasting, scarifying or grinding machine (depending on the degree of degradation and type of flooring to coat).
2. Application of 2 coats of appropriate acrylic primer, Magic Primer type.
3. On dry primer, application with pump or spatula of the self-levelling concrete/resinous coating Magic Level in single strained solution in the required thickness.
