Solvent-free epoxy system suitable for the realization of resin coatings between 2 and 4 mm of thickness. It provides a permeable coating for ascending humidity, that is why it is suitable for flooring without a vapour barrier where humidity is detected, and it can be applied to concrete which has been set only 4 days before. It is suitable for industrial flooring subject to medium to heavy-duty traffic where a smooth surface is needed, such as three-sided fork lifts alleys, warehouses where fork lifts and AGV transit, stocking areas, supermarkets, closed parking areas, schools, exposition rooms, show rooms. This system features good resistance to aggressive chemicals spillage, it is oil-proof, resistant to frequent cleaning, and it has a pleasant look. Such coating can be applied to industrial flooring made of concrete, traditional screed coat or screed coat modified with polymer, controlled shrinkage screed, old cultured marble and ceramic flooring.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
|
1. Base preparation with sandblasting, scarifying or grinding machine (depending on the degree of degradation and type of flooring to coat).
2. Application of epoxy primer 2 components.
3. Levelling with self levelling epoxy resin 2 components previously mixed with thin inert quartz in the colours contemplated in the RAL folder through thick hand spatula.
4. Application of protective finish by roll with transparent aliphatic polyurethane resin.
