Coating suitable for flooring subjected to electrical charges. It has a thickness of 2 mm and high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is particularly suited for electronic environments, warehouses with flammable or explosive materials, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. Such system is compliant to the rules and regulations DIN IEC 61-340-4-1 (Polymer Institute, P 2061-3) and UNI EN 13813:2002. Such coating can be applied to industrial flooring made of concrete, traditional screed coat or screed coat modified with polymer, controlled shrinkage screed.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
1. Base preparation with sandblasting o scarifying o grinding machine (depending on the degree of degradation and type of flooring to coat).
2. Application of epoxy resin 2 components.
3. Application of self-adhesive copper straps.
4. Application of copper straps around the perimeter of the flooring so as to apply the coating.
5. Application of specific conductive epoxy primer 2 components.
6. Application of conductive self-levelling epoxy resin 2 components with spatula in the colours available in the RAL folder.
