Epoxy coloured varnish resin system, used for resin coatings of 0.3 mm of thickness. It is suitable for industrial flooring with medium to light traffic, such as warehouses where light fork lifts transit, stocking areas and covered parking areas. It features good chemical spillage resistance, it is oil proof, resistant to frequent cleaning and it provides a pleasant aesthetic monochromatic look. It is not suitable for heavy-duty traffic or with strong dynamic coining as it does not provide the necessary resistance. Such coating can be applied to industrial flooring made of concrete, traditional screed coat or screed coat modified with polymer, controlled shrinkage screed, old cultured marble and ceramic flooring.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:  |
1. Base preparation with grinding machine.
2. Application of epoxy resin 2 components in the colours available in the RAL folder with roller or paint-spraying for first coating.
3. Once dry, application with roller or paint-spray of second and final coating of epoxy resin 2 components in the colours available in the RAL folder.
