Joints reconstruction via “Joist” method
Concrete flooring must be considered a semispherical surface because of the curling caused by humidity between intrados and extrados. That is why, in order to prevent chipping along the edges of the joints, it is of paramount importance to make resin joists after a minimum period of 40 to 50 days from the laying of the flooring.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
1. Cutting of the concrete at the edges of the joint and demolition of that area (width 10 cm/ depth 5 cm).
2. Placing of polyurethane string.
3. Filling of the area with mortar resin.
4. Cutting of new joint.
5. Placing of polyurethane string as third side.
6. Sealing of joints with elastic polyurethane product.
