Solvent-free epoxy system suitable for the realization of thick resin coatings, normally between 5 and 15 mm. It features a high mechanical resistance and is therefore suitable for industrial flooring subject to heavy-duty traffic such as warehouses, stocking areas and production plants where heavy fork lift traffic is present. This system features good resistance to aggressive chemicals spillage, it is oil-proof, resistant to frequent cleaning and it can be non-slip or smooth. This system allows the regain of depressions or inclinations of the floor. It also has a pleasant look. Such coating can be applied to industrial flooring made of concrete, traditional screed coat or screed coat modified with polymer, controlled shrinkage screed, old cultured marble and ceramic flooring.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION:
|
1. Base preparation with sandblasting, scarifying or grinding machine (depending on the degree of degradation and type of flooring to coat).
2. Application of epoxy primer 2 components.
3. Application (spreading) with relevant ruler, of mortar resin made of a mixture of epoxy resin 2 components and spheroidal quartz in the relevant grain size. Smoothing of the fresco with mechanical plastering machine.
4. Application of epoxy resin 2 components through permeating hand spatula.
5. Application of second coating of epoxy resin 2 components through spatula available in the colours of the folder RAL, with quartz grains on fresco to provide the suitable degree of anti-slip.
